Valuation Coverage Agreement

1. Released Value Protection:

   • Pays out $0.60 per pound for damaged items.

   • No repairs or replacements are guaranteed. This coverage provides a cash payout only.

   • Cost/lb free

   • Max coverage = $0.60/lb

   • Item max = 10% of Max Coverage

2. Increased Value Coverage Option 1 ($2.50/lb):

   • T Square Movers has the option to pay out, repair, or replace the damaged item, whichever is lower.

   • Payout is calculated at $2.50 per pound for the weight of the damaged item itself.

   • Cost/lb = $0.04

   • Max coverage = $2.50 x Wt

   • Item max = 10% of Max Coverage

3. Increased Value Coverage Option 2 ($4.75/lb):

   • T Square Movers has the option to pay out, repair, or replace the damaged item, whichever is lower.

   • Payout is calculated at $4.75 per pound for the weight of the damaged item itself.

   • Cost/lb = $0.07

   • Max coverage = $4.75 x Wt

   • Item max = 10% of Max Coverage

4. Actual Value Plan:

   • Covers the repair, replacement, or cash value of an item in used, like, or similar condition and age.

   • Payout is limited to $7.50 per pound of the declared weight.

   • Cost/lb = $0.20

   • Max coverage = $7.50 x Wt

   • Item max = 10% of Max Coverage

5. Full Value Protection (FVP):

   • Covers the actual full replacement value of the damaged item.

   • Alternatively, T Square Movers may repair or replace the item at its full replacement value.

   • A $100 deductible is applied off the top of the claim amount.

   • Cost/lb = $0.68

   • Max coverage = $10 x Wt

   • Item max = 10% of Max Coverage

6. Invaluable Items:

   • Items deemed as family heirlooms, antiques, or other invaluable possessions will not receive additional value under any valuation coverage.

   • Such items will be assigned the coverage equivalent to a similar item with value. T Square Movers does not assign extra value to items based on sentimental or perceived worth.

Figuring this all out:

Item max = max value paid out per single item.

Max Coverage = max total value paid out.

Cost/lb = this is how you calculate what this coverage cost you. It is the Cost/lb multiplied by your declared weight. So if you select option 2 with a cost per pound of 4 cents and you declared 800 pounds of furniture and boxes. here is the cost (800 x .04 = $32 cost)

Max coverage calculated by Coverage x Declared Weight. Using option 2 again with a 800lb declared weight would provide a max coverage of $2000 with a single item maximum of $200.

1. All declared weights must be a minimum of 350 lbs to qualify for any valuation coverage.

2. In the event of a claim, the lower of the declared weight or actual weight will be used.

3. The declared weight determines both the coverage cost and the maximum coverage for your shipment.

4. Full Value Protection (FVP) has a $100 deductible applied off the top of the claim amount.

5. Per-Item Coverage Limit: The maximum coverage per item is 10% of the overall shipment's maximum coverage.

6. Invaluable Items: No additional value is assigned to family heirlooms, antiques, or sentimental items. Such items will be valued as a similar item with value.

7. If an item is damaged while the customer is assisting or if the customer causes a hazard leading to damage, all valuation coverages will be voided.

8. All claims must be made within 14 days from the time the customer signs the Bill of Lading (BOL).

9. Claims must be submitted via our website using the Claims Form.

10. We have 14 days from the submission of the form to determine fault, value, and corrective action.

11. Once determined, we have up to 45 days to repair, replace, or pay out the value of the claim, unless otherwise agreed upon.

12. All regular service agreements and virtual agreement rules still apply. Nothing in this valuation agreement supersedes those agreements.

13. Any disputes must be resolved through BBB.org mediation or another mutually agreed-upon mediation service before proceeding to court.

14. All mediations or court actions must take place in the City of Lincoln, NE, Lancaster County, Nebraska, United States.
